Coaches can drop off and collect passengers in complete safety in Rochester.
Historic Rochester is the ideal port of call for group visitors to the area.
Four dedicated coach bays are available for coach operators to set-down and pick-up their passengers in complete safety. These are located at the back of Medway Visitor Information Centre, Rochester on the A2.
Coaches may use this area daily between 7am and 9pm (07.00 to 21.00 hours). There is a 1 hour maximum waiting restriction with no return in 2 hours in this area (except during festivals and special events when it reverts to 15 minutes max stay for setting down and collecting passengers only). Drivers are strongly advised to park at Curtis Way Coach Park, Rochester (COACH PARK IS CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO BEING USED AS A COVID TEST SITE) - for details on parking arrangements email us.

The dedicated set-down and pick-up facility is only available for incoming tour groups to Medway. Holiday and excursion coaches operating tours from Medway are not allowed to use this area. These services should pick-up and drop-off their passengers from the bus stops located nearby on Corporation Street A2.
